We start with a free discovery call (around 30 minutes) to understand your problem and assess fit. From there, we propose a scoped project with clear deliverables and timeline. Most engagements run from a few weeks (proof-of-concept) to several months (full deployment). Long-term retainers are available for ongoing partnerships.
